Alwin Ng holds an MEng from Imperial College London and spent 11 years in the UK - starting at Rolls Royce PLC before moving into finance at Barclays Bank during the Sub Prime crisis. At Barclays, he became the go-to person for data investigations, trained as an SAP & Oracle superuser, and led process improvement projects across his division.
After returning to Malaysia through TalentCorp's Returning Expert Programme, Alwin founded SmartB Academy to bridge the gap between theory and real-world application. He brings a unique combination of engineering precision, financial rigour, and entrepreneurial drive to every training session.

Ruby holds a Master's degree in Pharmacy and brings a unique blend of scientific rigour and business acumen to SmartB Academy. Her background in pharmaceutical sciences and supply chain management gave her strong analytical and problem-solving skills that translate directly into the business world.
With deep experience in business operations, process optimisation, and cross-functional teamwork, Ruby plays a pivotal role in helping businesses embrace smart systems and enhance their operational workflows. She is also a Certified NLP Coach, Certified Practitioner of NLP (ABNLP), and Certified Practitioner of Time Line Therapy - reflecting her dedication to mindset transformation and empowering teams to unlock their full potential.
